Suggestions for Server Settings

Thought I might as well chuck up some ideas with possible changes and see what people think, as well as let people throw in their own ideas.

Noticed with NoBlock on that it applies to enemy team as well. Was wondering if it's possible to set it just for the team you are on? Otherwise things like knifing can be a bit odd.

Also whats everyone's thoughts on warm up rounds?
I've noticed on other servers some people complain about them and was wondering what the general consensus was.
